"Best Of" Blueberry Posts

Hello Friends! We’ve been extremely busy on the farm lately as we’re in the middle of our blueberry harvest. It’s an exciting time for us because we get to see all of our hard work pay off with plump, juicy berries ready to be picked.

Questions specific, types of woodshavings used? Additional add ins cottonseed meal, pineneedles? Amount water/ /day (growing in piedmont of NC).

Juanita & Gina - you can find our frozen blueberries at many grocery stores. They may be in the frozen section, or at some retailers they may be in with other organic/natural foods. If you can't find them - please ask your local grocer to start carrying them! You can really help us get our organic berries in more stores that way! David - sorry the link didn't work. You can try searching Youtube.com for "growing organic blueberries" and you should find Jim's video. As far as the type of woodshavings, we'll have to check with Jim on that one. Maybe we can get a followup post once things settle down at the farm. Thanks for your comments!
