I have read so many super food lists over the years and try and incorporate as many as possible into my daily diet. Salmon is where I like to go for a portion of my omego 3's. Drizzle with olive oil before grilling and with a little lemon after and you have a real treat. I also try and use fresh herbs and spices like basil, garlic and ginger very liberally when I use them, as they are all superfoods in their own right.

Excellent list!!! I am in lock step with it, excepting the yogurt (not a dairy fan). Would add complimentary items- Flax and chia, cocoa, I am also a big fan of "purple corn" (Botanical Name: Zea Mays) especially the Ecuadorian variety. I have added this to my evening smoothie (powdered form). Apparently this stuff contains higher amounts of phenolic and anthocyanin than blueberries. Worth taking a look at for sure.

Superfoods! Wow I have never heard about this ever until reading this and I am happy I know. I love blueberries and is a fan pomegranate so I know what my protein shake will consist of. I really enjoy the idea of implimenting these Superfoods more into the regular food day because its just makes you healthier and your body more ready for the day. Superfood will get you ready for a super day!
